Learn how to:
- Level, split and fill a six inch rich chocolate cake.
- Make and apply chocolate ganache.
- Emboss and wrap your cake, dummy cake and board with modelling chocolate.
- Create “dirty” chocolate for the dipped strawberries.
- Use dowels to support a four inch dummy cake.
- Attach ribbon to the board for a finishing touch.
Your cake, equipment, apron, refreshments, notepad and pen will be supplied – just bring a light lunch!
All of our courses are in small groups ensuring you receive detailed attention when decorating your cake.
