Location: Amanda’s Cake Corner Studio, 2 Fakenham Road, Sculthorpe, Norfolk, NR21 9NE

Learn how to:

  • Level, split and fill a six inch rich chocolate cake.
  • Make and apply chocolate ganache.
  • Emboss and wrap your cake, dummy cake and board with modelling chocolate.
  • Create “dirty” chocolate for the dipped strawberries.
  • Use dowels to support a four inch dummy cake.
  • Attach ribbon to the board for a finishing touch.

Your cake, equipment, apron, refreshments, notepad and pen will be supplied – just bring a light lunch!

All of our courses are in small groups ensuring you receive detailed attention when decorating your cake.
